DesiOne does not host, store or upload any video files on its servers. When you press play, the video streams directly from an external source to your device; it does not pass through or get saved on DesiOne's servers. DesiOne provides the account, TV pairing and the guide that lets you browse and open those streams.

DesiOne does not own, produce or control the content of these streams, and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability or legality. All movie and show titles, channel names, posters, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the content.

Terms of use

• DesiOne is for personal, non-commercial viewing. Don't resell, rebroadcast or share access to your account.
• You're responsible for making sure that watching content is allowed where you live.
• Your plan sets how many screens can play at once. We may suspend accounts that are shared or abused.
• Channels, titles and stream quality depend on external sources and can change or go offline without notice.
• The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, DesiOne isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.
• We may update these terms; continuing to use DesiOne after a change means you accept the new terms.

Copyright & takedown requests

We respect the rights of content owners. If you own the rights to content that can be opened through DesiOne and want it removed, email [email protected] with:

• your name and contact details, and the name of the rights holder you represent;
• the title(s) or channel(s) concerned, as they appear in DesiOne;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the rights holder, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We review every request and remove the listed titles or channels from DesiOne promptly once verified.

Privacy

We keep only what's needed to run your account: your name, email, a securely hashed password, your plan, the TVs you've paired and when you're watching (to enforce the screen limit). We don't sell your data. To delete your account, email us from the address you signed up with.
